Terms of use

1. Service

CSV Drop provides in-browser tools that read files you select. The live tool is Stripe Payout Line: it explains Stripe payout CSVs. It is not bookkeeping, tax advice, or a certified accountant product.

2. Your files

The current tool does not upload your CSVs to our servers. Processing happens in your browser. You are responsible for not sharing files that contain data you are not allowed to process.

3. Accounts and payment

Stripe Payout Line is listed at $9 USD per month. Paid checkout is not connected yet. If you cannot pay, you can still use the free preview (first payout only; bank matching locked). When Checkout is connected, paid plans will be billed by Stripe as USD monthly subscriptions. Cancel anytime. We may change prices with notice on this site.

4. Refunds

If you request a refund within 7 days of the first paid charge and you have not abused the service, we will refund that charge. Later months are non-refundable except where required by law. This section applies only after paid checkout is connected and a charge is made.

5. Acceptable use

No attempting to break paywalls, scrape other users, or use the site to process data you do not have rights to. We may suspend access for abuse.

6. No warranty

Output can be wrong if columns are missing or Stripe changes exports. You must check figures before you book them. We are not liable for lost profits, tax errors, or bank mismatches you miss.

8. Changes
